NISM invites applications for the post of Assistant Manager (Graphic Design) on contract renewable every 5 years, subject to maintaining high standards of performance. The last date for receiving application is 3rd March 2017.

The following are the pre-requisites:

Maximum Age (as on 31-January-2017): 35 years.


Graduate degree (preferably first class) with specialization in Commercial Art / Fine Art / Graphic Designing from any recognized University / Institute.


Minimum 2 year of post qualification experience in designing domain. Candidates with experience in graphic designing skills, video editing, Photoshop, advertisement on social media etc. will be given preference.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • To assist marketing team for performing various task such as branding NISM, Corporate brochure, publishing newspaper advertisement for various courses, website designing, publication such as NISM updates.
  • Video editing skills, designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives, posses innovative and original ideas for quality design.
  • Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus Creativity, Flexibility, Desktop Publishing Tools.
  • Create and conduct highly persuasive sales and marketing presentations.
  • Coordinate with desiginer, consultants and vendors to meet the project requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in various software related to graphic design / social media, Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or similar designing software etc. and MS Office.
  • Good analytical ability

Additional Skill Sets:

Indicative Annual CTC: Ranging from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 6 lakh (inclusive of variable pay)
