NISM/Certification/Series-XIX-D: Category I and II Alternative Investment Fund Managers/2025/01 dated April 29, 2025

NISM announces the launch of NISM-Series-XIX-D: Category I and II Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination for the key investment team of Manager (person or entity appointed by the AIF to manage its investments) of AIFs. The certification examination will cover all relevant aspects of Category I and II AIFs, such as regulations, fund management activities, investment valuation norms, taxation etc. required for performing fund management duties by the key investment team of Manager of Category I and II AIFs.

The NISM-Series-XIX-D: Category I and II Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification Examination will be available to the candidates with effect from May 1, 2025.
