Introduction:

In view of current extraordinary circumstances due to the CoVID–2019 pandemic and the lockdown measures taken by Government, especially maintaining social distancing has been posing challenges for business to run their operations in a smooth manner. In this context, conducting Annual General Meetings or Extra-Ordinary General Meeting would be one of the major challenges for the companies. 

In order to cope with these challenges, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued guidelines to conduct AGM/EGM through VC or other audio visual means. 

The webinar will provide a platform for companies to listen to industry experts and have a thorough understanding of the relaxations, amendments, share their experience and seek guidance etc.

Note:

• Registration fee for ‘Webinar on Virtual AGM – Companies’ is Rs. 250 and for ‘Webinar on Virtual AGM – Shareholders’ is Nil.
