March 08-10, 2018 | NISM Campus, Patalganga

NISM has conducted a 3-days residential programme for Officers of NABARD.The programme was on ‘Fund raising by Banks through Public Issues’ on March 08-10, 2018 at NISM Campus, Patalganga.

This programme was designed to enable NABARD officers in the rank of AGM and DGM to understand the entire process fund raising through public issues by banks including legal and regulatory framework.

The inaugural address and context setting was done by Ms. Sarita Arora, CGM, NABARD.

25 officers of NABARD in the rank of AGM and DGM working in head office and regional office attended the programme.

The Trainers for the programme were:

  1. Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Member of Faculty, NISM (Programme Director)
  2. Ms. Neelam Bharadwaj, Ex-General Manager, SEBI and Independent Consultant
  3. Mr. Sumit Agrawal, Vice President – Corporate Finance, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company
  4. Mr. Renganathan, ‎Executive VP-Investment Banking & Group Company Secretary – ‎Edelweiss Financial Services Limited
  5. Mr. David Franklin, President, Concept PR
  6. Ms. Savithri Parekh, Chief Legal & Secretarial, Pidilite Inds Ltd

The closing remark was given by Shri. Ananta Barua, Executive Director, SEBI. He has also awarded certification of participation to all the participants.

The programme was well received by the participants.
