Shortlisting of agencies – Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC)
of Equipment and Lighting for recording studio in NISM Bhavan, Vashi (Document Reference no. NISM/AD-3/2025/11).
Applications are invited from the eligible agencies for the captioned work to be carried out in part 4th floor of NISM Bhavan situated at Plot no. 82, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400 703.
The estimated cost of work is Rs. 79,12,222/- to be completed in a period of 90 days.
NISM is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator for securities markets in India. NISM seeks to add to market quality through educational initiatives. It is an autonomous body governed by its Board of Governors.
Eligibility Criteria
The agency fulfilling the following criteria may apply:
- The agency should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following work(s) during the last 7 years as on May 31, 2025:
- One similar work* costing not less than Rs. 63,29,778/-
- OR Two similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 39,56,111/-
- OR Three similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 31,64,889/-
The period for completed work(s) is from 01.06.2018 to 31.05.2025.
- The annual average turnover of the agency should not be less than Rs. 2,84,84,000/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2024.
- The agency should have valid GST registration.
*Similar work(s) means SITC of Equipment and Lighting for recording studio.
The agency must submit relevant certificates/documents in support of eligibility criteria (1 to 3).
For the purpose, “Cost of work” shall mean gross value of completed work.
In addition to above, the agency will submit Single Line Diagram (SLD) showing schematic work flow integrating various equipment as detailed below:

The SLD must also indicate various types of cables (SDI/ HDMI cables for video transmission and other cables for control/audio, etc.) capable of transmitting 4K video depending on the distance of transmission considered in the above SLD (Please refer proposed layout plan of recording studio enclosed with the application form).
