Shortlisting of contractors for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of Split & Cassette AC units and water cooled package AC units installed in NISM Premises

Invitation for Applications from Contractors

Applications are invited from eligible contractors for the captioned work in NISM Premises situated at:

  • Plot Nos. IS-1, IS-2 & IS-4, Patalganga Industrial Area, Mohopada, Rasayani, Dist. Raigad, Near Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410 222
  • NISM Bhavan, Plot No. 82, Sector-17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai – 400703

 

Estimated Cost of Work: Rs. 8,84,410/-

NISM is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator for securities markets in India. NISM seeks to add to market quality through educational initiatives. It is an autonomous body governed by its Board of Governors.

Eligibility Criteria
Contractors fulfilling the following criteria may apply:

  1. The contractor should have its office / establishment in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Raigad / Pune.
  2. The contractor should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following work(s) during the last 7 years as on June 30, 2025:
    • One similar work* costing not less than Rs. 7,07,528/-
    • OR Two similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 4,42,205/-
    • OR Three similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 3,53,764/-

    The period of 7 years shall be from 01.07.2018 to 30.06.2025.

  3. The annual average turnover of the contractor should not be less than Rs. 7,95,969/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2024 / March 31, 2025.
  4. The contractor should have valid GST registration.

*Similar work(s) means execution (supply and installation) and/or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of air-conditioning system.

Contractors must enclose necessary certificates/documents in support of the above requirements (points 1 to 4).

For the purpose, “Cost of work” shall mean gross value of completed work.
Process for Submission of Application
The interested contractor must submit their application in online mode. The process is as follows:

The interested contractor must register itself on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM by
paying registration fee, as applicable in order to participate in the bidding process. Class-3
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is must to participate in the process.
