Shortlisting of agencies – Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Audio Visuals (AV) Equipment in NISM Campus at Patalganga

Applications are invited from the eligible agencies for the captioned work to be carried out in NISM campus situated at Plot Nos. IS-1 & IS-2 Patalganga Industrial Area, Mohopada, Rasayani, Dist. Raigad, Near Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410 222.

The estimated cost of work is Rs. 28,63,992/- to be completed in a period of 60 days.

 The scope of work includes SITC of new interactive & professional displays and replacement of the existing projectors with new projectors and displays.

NISM is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator for securities markets in India. NISM seeks to add to market quality through educational initiatives. It is an autonomous body governed by its Board of Governors.

Eligibility Criteria
The agency fulfilling the following criteria may apply:

  1. The agency should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following work (s) during the last 7 years as on July 31, 2025:

One similar work* costing not less than Rs. 22,91,194/-

OR

Two similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 14,31,996/-

OR

Three similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 11,45,597/-

The period of 7 years for the purpose of having completed similar work(s) shall be from 01.08.2018 to 31.07.2025.

  1. The annual average turnover of the agency should not be less than Rs. 1,54,65,557/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2024 / March 31, 2025.

 

  1. The agency should have valid GST registration.

 

* Similar work(s) means SITC of Audio Visuals (AV) Equipment.

The agency will enclose necessary certificates / documents in support of the requirements mentioned at 1. to 3. above.

For the purpose, “Cost of work” shall mean gross value of completed work.

The interested agency must register itself on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM by paying registration fee, as applicable in order to participate in the bidding process. Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is must to participate in the process.
