NISM/Certification/Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives/2022/01 dated March 17, 2022
This is with reference to NISM/Certification/Series-VIII: ED/2012/01 dated September 20, 2012, specifying the NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination as the requisite standard for associated persons functioning as approved users and sales personnel of the trading members of an equity derivatives exchange or equity derivatives segment of a recognized stock exchange. This examination is being offered to the candidates since October 8, 2012.
In order to incorporate market and regulatory changes, NISM has updated the NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination. The revised NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination will be launched with effect from May 1, 2022.
The NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification Examination with its current content (as per the existing test objective and workbook) will be available to the candidates till April 30, 2022 and will be replaced by the revised examination (as per the revised test objectives and workbook) from May 1, 2022.
