National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator for securities markets in India.

NISM’s vision is to lead, catalyze and deliver educational initiatives to enhance the quality of participation in the securities markets. NISM engages in capacity building among stakeholders in the securities markets through financial literacy, professional education, certification, enhancing governance standards and fostering policy research.

We are pleased to inform you that the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) along with Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai (MNLU) is offering a one year full time program named:

LL.M (Investments and Securities Law) –

The LL.M. program in investments and securities Laws is an advanced program of legal study that is customized to the needs of the individual student and working legal professionals. Having Committed to provide the highest quality of education in the field of securities markets, the NISM has entered into collaboration with India’s premier Law university, Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai (Hereinafter referred as MNLU) for offering this LL.M. program in Investment and Securities Laws. This specialized LL.M. program, designed primarily for the law students intending to work in the financial markets, offers full-time, intensive academic training in the legal regulation of securities and investments in India.

About the Webinar

This webinar will inform you about the institute,the program and preparation for the entrance examination. As mentioned in the prospectus and the frequently asked questions (FAQs),multiple choice questions will come from subjects like Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Contract, Company Law and Current Affairs. You will be provided basic information related to entrance test structure and preparation. You will also get an opportunity to pose your questions related to the test content, design and preparation.
