Securities or Financial Assets

This valuation exam certifies professionals to value equity shares, bonds, and other financial instruments. It covers valuation methodologies like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), market multiples, and regulatory frameworks including SEBI, FEMA, and the IBC. Ideal for finance professionals, this role is key in corporate transactions, insolvency cases, and investment analysis.

Land and Building

Focused on valuing real estate assets such as land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties, this exam tests knowledge in engineering principles, market analysis, legal norms (including RERA), and standard valuation methods like cost, income, and sales comparison approaches. It’s suited for professionals from civil engineering and architecture backgrounds.

Plant and Machinery

This exam certifies valuers for industrial and movable assets like machinery, vehicles, and equipment. It covers technical knowledge, depreciation, obsolescence, and valuation methods. Targeted at engineering professionals, this valuation is essential in manufacturing, asset restructuring, and insolvency-related liquidations.
