FAQs

What is the eligibility criteria for participating in the Study Tour?

Undergraduate and post-graduate students from any stream such as commerce, management or law, etc. are eligible to participate in the study tour. However, a minimum of 30 students are required for confirming the tour.

What is the total duration of the Study Tour?

The study tour at NISM Campus is for a duration of 4 nights and 3 full days. Considering that you will have to visit Mumbai from a different city, the additional number of days need to factored in.

Where would be my stay arrangements during the tour?

You will be accommodated at NISM’s premium hostels at Patalganga near Navi Mumbai. The accommodation will be on a twin sharing basis for students as well as faculty.

Are there any travel arrangements made during the tour?

NISM makes all necessary travel arrangements during your visit to Mumbai, including pick-up and drop from/to airport/railway station and Mumbai Darshan. However, travel arrangements from your city to Mumbai need to be made by you or your institute.

How many students can participate in the tour?

Ideal group size is 30-40 students with 2 faculty. However, customized tours for groups with higher size can also be worked out.

What all things are covered in the tour?

The fee includes food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 tea breaks during sessions), stay at NISM’s premium hostels on twin sharing basis (separate for boys and girls), NISM’s welcome kit, pick-up and drop from nearest airport/railway station, classroom sessions, simulated trading, visit to stock exchange & SEBI, South Mumbai tour and certificates to all participants.
