NISM’s participation in India International Trade Fair (IITF)|14th to 27th November, 2021 at New Delhi
India International Trade Fair (IITF) is a premier event organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the nodal trade promotion agency of the Government of India. 40th edition of the India International Trade Fair event taken place over a period of 14 days, starting from 14th November 2021 till 27th November 2021 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Fair was inaugurated by the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Shri Manish Sisodia on 14th November, 2021. The Fair had participation from various government bodies, non-government organizations, public sector units, Financial institutions, Educational institutions, MSMEs, SHGs, etc.
SEBI has set up a Pavilion ‘Bharat Ka Share Bazaar’ at Hall No. 12 A of Pragati Maidan, in the 40th India International Trade Fair, 2021 (14-27 November 2021), New Delhi.
NISM participated in India International Trade Fair 2021 on all the 14 days along with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and 10 other market infrastructure institutions and industry bodies namely NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, NSDL, CDSL, AMFI, ANMI, CPAI and BFF. The Pavilion was inaugurated by Hon’ble SEBI Chairman Shri Ajay Tyagi and Additional Secretary – FM, DEA, Shri Anand Mohan Bajaj on 14th November 2021.

The Registrar NISM Shri Sunil Jayawant Kadam spearheaded the event on behalf of NISM, the event was conducted under his able guidance.
General Manager NISM Shri Sahil Malik actively participated in the IITF event during November 14-18, guided NISM staff members about presentation at NISM stall, and conducted various activities for College Students also took a Session on Careers in Securities Markets for the students of IMS Ghaziabad on November 18, 2021.
Dr. V. Shunmugam, Consultant, NISM visited NISM stall and took a session on Commodities Markets for the students of Fortune Institute of International Business, Delhi on November 16, 2021.
During the event from 14-27th November 2021 dignitaries and officials from SEBI including CVO, CGMs, GMs DGMs and also CEO/MDs from MIIs visited NISM stall.
NISM was represented by the staff members from Marketing and Communications Department with overall objective of brand building and enhancing awareness about various activities conducted by NISM to promote NISM’s activities such as academic programs, certification programs, corporate training programs and various other programs offered under various schools of NISM. Conducted various branding and promotional activities like Career Session, Guess What Contest, Spin the Wheel etc. for college students and general public visiting NISM stall during 14-27 November 2021. The India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2021 concluded on 27 November 2021, India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) awarded Special Appreciation Certificate to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for “Excellence in Display” at the 40th India International Trade Fair 2021.
