Shortlisting of Contractors – Interior furnishing and other allied works at 2nd floor of NISM Bhavan, Vashi

Applications are invited from the eligible agencies for the captioned work to be carried out in NISM premises situated NISM Bhavan, Plot No. 82, Above HDFC Bank, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai – 400 703.
The estimated cost of work is Rs. 2,09,48,970/- (Rupees Two Crore Nine Lakh Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Only) to be completed in a period of 6 months.
The scope of work includes civil, interior, electrical, networking, HVAC, and other allied works for creation of centers at the 2nd floor of NISM Bhavan, Vashi premises.
Eligibility Criteria
The agency fulfilling the following criteria may apply:
1. The agency should have its office / establishment in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ Raigad/ Pune.
2. The agency should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following work (s) during the last 7 years as on June 30, 2026:
One similar work* costing not less than Rs. 1,67,59,176/-
OR
Two similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 1,04,74,485/-
OR
Three similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 83,79,588/-
The period of 7 years for the purpose of having completed similar work(s) shall be from 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2026.
3. The annual average turnover of the agency should not be less than Rs. 3,77,08,146/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2025/2026.
4. The agency should have valid GST registration.
* Similar work means interior furnishing work for office / commercial / institutional / residential building(s).
The agency will enclose necessary certificates / documents in support of the requirements mentioned at 1. to 4. above.
Process for submission of application form
The interested agency may submit its application form in online mode. The process for online mode is as under:

The interested agency must register itself on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM by paying registration fee, as applicable in order to participate in the bidding process. Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is must to participate in the process.
The interested agency will download the application form, Undertaking and the checklist from tenderwizard website. After filling all the required details, the application form, Undertaking and the checklist (duly filled in) will be uploaded on the tenderwizard website. In addition, the agency will also upload PART I, PART II and PART III duly filled in along with other supporting documents as mentioned in the list of enclosure of the application form.
After due date of receipt of the application form, the Institute will verify the eligibility of the agency based on the specified criteria and documents submitted by the agency. Subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria based on the scrutiny of the documents, the eligible agencies will be shortlisted for participation in further process.
