Frequently Asked Questions

Undergraduate and post-graduate students from any stream such as commerce, management, engineering, law, etc. are eligible to participate in the study tour. However, a minimum of 35 students are required for confirming the tour.

NISM offers Study Tour of various duration ranging from half-day to 5-days.

You will be accommodated at NISM's student hostels within the NISM Campus at Patalganga near Navi Mumbai. The accommodation wil be on a twin sharing basis for students and faculties, separately for boys and girls.

For residential programs NISM makes all necessary travel arrangements during your visit to Mumbai, including pick-up and drop from/to airport/railway station and Mumbai Darshan. However, travel arrangements from your city to Mumbai need to be made by you or your institute. Travel arrangements not available for 1/2 day and 1 day program.

Ideal group size is 35-50 students with 2 faculties. However, customized tours for groups with higher size can also be worked out.

The fee includes food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 tea breaks during sessions), stay at NISM’s hostels on twin sharing basis (separate for boys and girls), pick-up and drop from nearest airport/railway station, classroom sessions, simulated trading, visit to SEBI / NSE /BSE / NSDL/CDSL or other regulatory organisation, South Mumbai tour and certi cates to al participants.
