Appointment of Survey Agency for conducting SEBI Complaint Redress System (SCORES) survey

So, NISM intends to procure an Online Examination System bundled with Live and AI based Remote Proctoring Solution (RPS) to deliver and conduct the examinations on Candidate’s Desktop/Laptop.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Procurement of an Online Examination System bundled with Live and AI based Remote Proctoring Solution to deliver NISM Examinations. NISM intend to invite comparative quotations for comprehensive pest control treatment contract for all premises of NISM (i.e. NISM Bhavan, Sutlej Guest House – Vashi & Patalganga Campus – Rasayani):

Terms & Conditions:

1. Rates to be quoted as per enclosed specimen format in annexure I. Please indicate rate clearly for each type of service and applicable taxes.
2. Cost will include material transportation and labour.
3. If at any point of time, pest control treatment is found to be ineffective after undertaking a treatment, a fresh treatment will have to be redone at your end without any additional charges within the time frame.
4. Payment will be made upon submission of invoice as per the payment schedule after rendering services in accordance with schedule of services.
5. TDS will be deducted as per prevailing Tax laws.
6. Incorrect and incomplete bills will be returned forthwith.
7. Payments will be made through NEFT only.
8. To ensure proper code of conduct of your staff whilst carrying out services in the premises of NISM.
9. The agency must be having the following certificates:
   • Shops and Establishment
   • PAN
   • GST
   • Agriculture License
   • Member of IPCA
   • ISO Certificate.
10. Interested parties shall share the list of previous work conducted for various corporates/institutes/corporation/society with name, contact number & email id.
11. The rate contract will be valid for one year from the date of issuing work order.
12. NISM will indicate type of services required from time to time and charges will be paid as per the table indicated.
13. NISM reserve right to cancel contract at any given time during the contract period.
