NISM-IFSCA-02B: Certification Course on Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience in the GIFT IFSC (Advanced)

NISM/Certification/ NISM-IFSCA-02B: Certification Course on Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience in the GIFT IFSC (Advanced)/2026/dated October 7, 2026.

 Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), NISM has developed a Certification Course named as: NISM-IFSCA-02B: Certification Course on Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience in the GIFT IFSC (Advanced). The certification course development is also aligned with Clause 8.4 of the IFSCA Guidelines on Training and Awareness.

NISM announces the launch of NISM-IFSCA-02B: Certification Course on Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience in the GIFT IFSC (Advanced) for CISOs, Principal Officers, Designated Officers, Compliance Officers of Regulated Entities (REs), and other individuals as defined by the IFSCA through its relevant circulars. It aims to strengthen the cyber security and cyber resilience capabilities of key function holders by building upon their existing understanding of cyber security practices, strengthening risk management and governance approaches, and enhancing their understanding of regulatory requirements, expectations, and responsibilities applicable to entities operating in the GIFT IFSC.

The examination for NISM-IFSCA-02B: Certification Course on Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience in the GIFT IFSC (Advanced) will be available to the candidates w.e.f. December 30, 2026.

Resilience in the GIFT IFSC (Advanced) is available on the NISM website under the NISM Certification Tab. Study material for candidates will be available for download starting October 7, 2026, under the Study Material section of the NISM website.
