NISM/Certification/Series-II-A: RTA-Corporate/2025/01 dated March 20, 2025

This is with reference to NISM Communiqué /Press Release Ref no.: NISM/Certification/Series-II-A: RTA-Corp/2009/3 dated August 3, 2009, specifying that NISM-Series-II-A: Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents – Corporate Certification Examination as the requisite standard for the associated persons employed or engaged or to be employed or engaged by Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents for performing functions related to listed companies.

The examination is being offered to the candidates since August 7, 2009 and has been updated periodically for product and regulatory changes. The examination was further revamped and revised vide Communiqué No.: NISM/Certification/Series-II-A: RTA-Corporate/2020/01 dated October 13, 2020.

This Communiqué notifies removal of negative marking for NISM-Series-II-A: Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents – Corporate Certification Examination w.e.f. April 1, 2025.

Details of the revised NISM-Series-II-A: Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents – Corporate Certification Examination are given in  Annexure-I  and Annexure-II of this communiqué/press release.
