Expression of Interest (EOI) for Shortlisting of Professional agencies – Question Bank development and Quizmaster services for National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) 2026

Applications are invited from the eligible agencies for the captioned work to facilitate the National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) through:

● Development of Question Bank
● Quizmaster Services

The estimated value of the work is ₹35 lakh (inclusive of GST).

Eligibility Criteria

The agency fulfilling the following criteria may apply

1. Should have a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number)
2. Should have a valid GST registration .
3. The average annual financial turnover of the agency should not be less than Rs. 42,00,000/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2025 .
4. The agency should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following work (s) during the last 7 years as on November 30, 2025: –
i. Three similar* completed works costing not less than Rs. 14,00,000/-.
OR
ii. Two similar* completed works costing not less than Rs.17,50,000/-.
OR
iii. One similar* completed work costing not less than Rs.28,00,000/-.

The period of 7 years for the purpose of having completed similar work(s) shall be from 01.12.2018 to 30.11.2025.

*Similar work(s) means “Question Bank development and Quizmaster services for Quiz events for organizations in the domain of finance or securities market or financial literacy.”

The agency will enclose necessary certificates/ documents in support of the eligibility requirements mentioned above from 1) to 4)

For the purpose, “Cost of work” shall mean gross value of completed work.

prescribed format along with necessary enclosures should be uploaded on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM.

The interested agency must register itself on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM, by paying registration fee, as applicable in order to participate in the bidding process. Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is essential to participate in the process.
