The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

Training Programmes on Excel for SEBI officers

NISM Bhavan, Vashi May 31- June 2, 2018

SRSS had conducted 2 Training Programmes on Excel (1 day Basic & 2 day Advance) for SEBI officers from May 31- June 2, 2018 at NISM Bhavan Vashi , Navi Mumbai.

The training programme was conducted in two batches wherein :

First batch of 1 day Basic Excel training programme was inaugurated by Mr. G.P. Garg, Registrar, NISM and was attended by 14 SEBI officers.

Second batch of 2 day advance Excel training Programme was inaugurated by Dr. M. Thenmozhi, Director, NISM and was attended by 20 SEBI officers.

The objective of the workshop was to enable the participants to have hands on with-

  • Basic functions in Excel.
  • Lookups – V lookup & H lookup .
  • Formatting of Excel Sheet.
  • Pivot Tables etc.

Mr. Rashid Rizwi from Anunta Technology Management services Ltd.

The closing ceremony was presided over by Prof. Sunder Ram Korivi Dean , NISM and the participants were handed over the certificates of participation.
