The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

NISM Campus (Patalganga) | March 15-17, 2018

NISM has conducted a 3-days “Programme on Overview of Securities Market at NISM Campus (Patalganga) from March 15-17, 2018, 2018 for Kanya Maha Vidyalaya,Jalandhar.”

22 students along with 4 faculty members attended the Programme

The following topics were covered during the Programme:

  • Primary & Secondary market
  • Corporate Governance
  • Trading Simulation lab
  • Functioning of Depositories
  • BSE Visit.

The sessions were taken by NISM faculty and the participants were also given hands on experience of trading simulation lab.

Shri. Sandip Ghose, Director, NISM presided over the valedictory session and distributed certificates of participation and NISM Memorabilia to all participants.
