The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

The School of Investor Education and Financial Literacy (SIEFL) organised an Induction Training program called AARAMBH for the newly recruited employees of SBI Mutual Fund. The program was for six days during September 23-28, 2019 at NISM Campus, Patalganga. The program was inaugurated by Shri Sanjay Tiwari, Executive Vice President SBI MF. Prof. K Sukumaran, Dean NISM and Shri Kris Gomes, Head Learning and Development, SBI MF also spoke during the function.

The program had four days of class room sessions, one day training at SBI Mutual Fund Headquarters at BKC and one day Training on Team Building and Motivational Aspects at NISM Campus. Around 43 newly joined SBI Mutual Fund Officers from all over India attended the program
