
NISM in association with NCDEX conducted a One-day Interactive Session on Arbitration for Arbitrators of National Commodities Derivatives Exchanges on October 22, 2018 at Katriya Hotel & Towers, Hyderabad.
The main objective of the programme was to update the participants on the latest developments in commodities derivatives markets including regulatory & legal framework as well as relevant provisions Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
13 participants including Arbitrators and NCDEX officials attended the programme.
