
NISM in association with MCX and NCDEX have conducted a One-day Interactive Session on Arbitration for National Commodities Derivatives Exchanges on January 18, 2019 at Hotel The Peerless Inn, Kolkata.
The main objective of the programme was to update the participants about latest developments in commodities derivatives markets including regulatory & legal framework as well as latest amendment/case laws on Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Total 19 participants including Arbitrators, IGRP Members and Exchange Officials have attended the programme.
