The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

Training-prog 3.5.2017

Repeat program of “Trading in Equity” was conductedon April 27 and 28th, 2017 for faculty, market professionals and students. The program dealt with trading operations, risk management and trading strategies with hands on exposure to order management and trade  management from both investor and dealer perspective.

The broad objective of the program was to enable students to understand concepts related to trading like price-time priority order matching, trading operations, trade data. The program further included hands on session on how to execute trade, through live simulated trading lab session. It also covered simple trading strategies, query through the system and track trades and orders.
