The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

A two-day workshop on “Perspective on Securities Law“ was organized by NISM on August 21 &  22, 2014 for SEBI officers in the rank of Grade-B and Grade-C.

Workshop on Perspective on Securities Law

The topics covered in the workshop were Regulatory Jurisprudence and Securities Law, New companies Act, SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, PFUTP, Insider Trading, Arbitration Mechanism at stock exchanges and FSLRC recommendation related to the capital market.
