(NISM)

The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

In April–July 2025, NISM concluded three study tours of varied durations at its Patalganga campus. These included 1 Half-Day Study Tour, 1 Three-Day Residential Study Tour, and 1 Five-Day Residential Study Tour, providing participants with an in-depth understanding of the securities markets, hands-on simulation activities and engaging campus-based learning experiences.

Programme Overview:

  • April 2025 – A three-day residential study tour was conducted for Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun during 21–23 April 2025 with a total of 35 participants(33 Students & 2 Faculty Members) .
  • June 2025 – A five-day residential study tour was organized for Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Mumbai during 9–13 June,2025 with a total of 70 participants (68 Students & 2 Faculty Members).
  • July 2025 – A half-day study tour was held for MIT Pune during 25 July 2025 with a total of 50 participants (48 Students & 2 Faculty Members).
