NISM/Certification/NMD/Series-III-B: IC/2014/01 dated March 28, 2014

National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) announces the launch of NISM-Series-III-B: Issuers Compliance CertificationExamination as the requisite standard for all associated persons working as compliance officers in listed companies.

Further to the aforementioned category of persons, the examination shall also be open to all.

The NISM-Series-III-B: Issuers Compliance Certification Examination, offered by NISM, will be available from May 17, 2014.

Details of NISM-Series-III-B: Issuers Compliance Certification Examination are given in Annexure-I and Annexure-II attached to this communiqué/press release.
