Shortlisting of agencies for Non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of sub-station and other equipment installed in NISM campus at Patalganga

NISM seeks to add to market quality through educational initiatives. It is an autonomous body governed by its Board of Governors.
Applications are invited from the eligible agencies for the captioned work to be carried out in NISM campus situated at Plot Nos. IS-1 & IS-2 Patalganga Industrial Area, Mohopada, Rasayani, Dist. Raigad, Near Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410 222.
The Annual estimated cost of the AMC work is Rs. 9,43,970/- inclusive of GST.
The scope of work includes:
The agency shall carry out non-comprehensive AMC services for the electrical substation and associated electrical systems, including preventive maintenance, inspection, cleaning, tightening, testing and functional checks of HT VCBs, 2.5 MVA transformers, ACBs, LT/PCC/MCC panels, SMDBs/DBs, APFC panels, protection relays, batteries/DC system, earthing, lightning protection, cables and terminations. The scope shall also include periodic thermographic inspection, annual testing, breakdown/emergency attendance and submission of maintenance/test reports. Major spares, replacement of defective components, major repairs and other non-routine works shall be excluded and shall be carried out separately with prior approval of NISM.
Eligibility Criteria
The Agency fulfilling following criteria may apply:
1. The Agency should have its office / establishment in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ Raigad/ Pune.
2. The Agency should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following works during the last 7 years:
a) One similar work* costing not less than Rs. 7,55,176/-.
OR
b) Two similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 4,71,985/-.
OR
c) Three similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 3,77,588/-.
The period of 7 years for the purpose of having completed similar works shall be from 01.09.2019 to 31.08.2026.
3. The annual average turnover of the Agency should not be less than Rs. 8,49,573/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2025/2026.
4. The Agency should have GST registration.
5. The Agency should have valid Electrical Contractor’s License.
Similar work(s)* shall mean work(s) consisting of AMC, preventive maintenance, operation and maintenance, Execution, inspection and testing of HT/LT electrical substations, including HT VCBs, transformers, ACBs, LT panels, protection systems, APFC panels, earthing and associated electrical distribution systems.
The agency will enclose necessary certificates / documents in support of the requirements mentioned at 1. to 5.

The interested agency will download the application form from tenderwizard website. After filling all the required details, the application form consisting of Notice Inviting Application and PART-I (duly filled in) will be uploaded on the tenderwizard website. In addition, the agency will also upload the Undertaking, Checklist, PART II, PART III and PART IV duly filled in along with other supporting documents as mentioned in the list of enclosure of the application form.
After due date of receipt of the application form, the Institute will verify the eligibility of the agency based on the specified criteria and documents submitted by the agency. Subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria based on the scrutiny of the documents, the eligible agencies will be shortlisted for participation in further process.
