The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

Shortlisting of Agencies – Event Management for execution of NISM-SEBI National Financial Literacy Quiz 2026 multiple Regional Round and Grand Finale

NISM is a public trust, established by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator for securities markets in India. NISM seeks to add to market quality through educational initiatives. It is an autonomous body governed by its Board of Governors.

Applications are invited from the eligible agencies for the captioned work to facilitate the execution of National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) 2026 at multiple cities (regional rounds) and Grand Finale.

The estimated cost of work is Rs. 95,00,000/-(Inclusive of GST) to be completed in a period of 10 months.

Scope of Work
The scope of work includes complete venue management such as coordination with venue authorities, layout and seating planning, etc. It covers stage setup, fabrication, backdrops, banners, signage, and event branding as per NISM guidelines. Audio-visual arrangements will include sound systems, microphones, LED screens, projectors, lighting, and live-streaming support, along with a full quiz setup comprising projection, buzzers, timers, and digital scoring. The agency will set up registration counters, welcome desks, guest kits, printing and stationery, badges, placards, and student kits. It also includes hospitality and catering services, photography and videography with final edited outputs, provision of required manpower, and assistance with safety measures, medical aid, and obtaining statutory permissions and regulatory compliances [However it is not limited to only this].

Eligibility Criteria

The agency fulfilling the following criteria may apply:

1)  Should have a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number)

2)  Should have a valid GST Registration

3)  The annual average turnover of the agency should not be less than Rs. 1,02,60,000/- during the last 3 years ending March 31, 2025.

4)  The agency should have satisfactorily completed at least any of the following work (s) during the last 7 years as on December 31, 2025:

One similar work* costing not less than Rs. 76,00,000/-

OR

Two similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 47,50,000/-

OR

Three similar works* each costing not less than Rs. 38,00,000/-

* Similar work(s) shall mean experience in event management

For the purpose “cost of work” shall mean gross value of completed work. For similar work, work completion certificate is required to be submitted.

The agency will enclose necessary certificates / documents in support of the requirements mentioned in points 1 to 4 above.

Process for submission of application form

The interested agency may submit its application form in online mode. The process for online mode is as under:

The interested agency will download the application form from tenderwizard website. After filling all the required details, the application form consisting of Undertaking, Notice Inviting Application and PART-I (duly filled in) will be uploaded on the tenderwizard website. In addition, the agency will also upload PART II and PART III duly filled in alongwith other supporting documents as mentioned in the list of enclosure of the application form.

After due date of receipt of the application form, the Institute will verify the eligibility of the agency based on the specified criteria and documents submitted by the agency. Subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria based on the scrutiny of the documents, the eligible agencies will be shortlisted for participation in further process.

The interested agency must register itself on https://www.tenderwizard.com/NISM by paying registration fee, as applicable in order to participate in the bidding process. Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is must to participate in the process.
