The CoVID–19 pandemic and the lockdown measures taken by the Government have created major commercial and financial challenges for all business entities including the listed companies.  In order to relieve pain arising out of this pandemic, SEBI has granted several relaxations and also streamlined procedures relating to rising of funds. In the normal course, if SEBI and Exchanges were working with full staff, listed entities would have had the opportunity to discuss with the officers there to seek clarifications and take the business forward.  Since such opportunity is not available, it is proposed to organise a webinar for the benefit of listed companies. 

The webinar-session will provide a platform for listed companies to listen to regulators, Exchange officers, industry experts and have a thorough understanding of the relaxations, amendments, share their experience and seek guidance etc.
