The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

The inauguration Ceremony of Post Graduate Program in Securities Markets (Portfolio Management / Investment Advisory / Research Analysis) 2024-25 batch was held at NISM BKC office on Saturday June 1, 2024. Dr. Rachana Baid, Dean (Academics and HoD, CCB-1 welcomed the participants and congratulated them for securing the admission. Mr. Sunil Kadam, Registrar, NISM addressed the participants and shared his thoughts with reference to the developments in securities markets. The programme was formally inaugurated by Shri Ashwani Bhatia, Whole time member of SEBI and Director, NISM, during his address Mr. Bhatia emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning and the exciting opportunities in the securities markets. The fresh batch introduced themselves and shared their expectations.
