1st National HR Conclave

National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) on Saturday, November 16, 2019 organized the 1st National HR Conclave on the theme of “Transforming HR in Securities Markets”.
HR Conclave 2019 is a platform to bring HR professional associated with the Securities Markets to discuss to come together to interact and communicate their thoughts on the ever-evolving face of the Human Resources industry.
The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. G. Mahalingam, WTM- SEBI by addressing the HR professionals further Mr. S.K. Mohanty, WTM-SEBI and Director- NISM, A. Balasubramanian, MD & CEO- Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC & Mr. Abhay K Srivastava, Chief Talent Officer, and Sr Vice President-HR, Cipla addressed the audience with recent trends in the HR/People Management discipline and thus helping organizations to stay abreast, and engaging their talent through the help of technology.
The event was continued with a panel discussion on “Challenges in Talent Acquisitions” with a multitude of industry professionals expressing their opinions and insights’. The panel was moderated by Mr. R Kannan, Head Corporate Performance Monitoring (CPM), Hinduja Group along with panelists members: Mr. Hirak Bhattacharjee, Head – HR, Aditya Birla Capital, Mr. Savio D Sousa, CHRO, Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd (MSEI), Ms.Swapneel Singh, Head-Talent Acquisition, Morningstar India & Ms. Sejal Chawada, Founder- Arin Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
The session was presided over by Mr. Sahil Malik, GM-SEBI. Around 250 HR Delegates and NISM Alumni attended the Conclave. The conclave was indeed a confluence of ideas and insights and was concluded with a vote of thanks to the speakers, panelists and HR delegates.
