
The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) celebrated a significant milestone with the formal inauguration of the third batch of its Post Graduate Program in Investment and Securities Markets (PGPISM) for the academic year 2026–27. The ceremony was held on June 1, 2026, at the NISM Campus, Patalganga.
This one-year, full-time residential program is meticulously designed to provide aspiring finance professionals with a comprehensive understanding of investment and financial planning principles. With a strong emphasis on ethical conduct, domain expertise and practical application, PGPISM aims to develop future-ready leaders in the financial services industry.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Shri Sashi Krishnan, Director, NISM; Ms. Yogita Shrikant Jadhav, Registrar, NISM and Dr. Rachana Baid, Dean (Academics), NISM. The presence of senior faculty members, bringing with them rich academic expertise and extensive industry experience, further enriched the occasion and added significance to the event. Dr. Dhiraj Jain, Program Director, PGPISM delivered an insightful overview of the program and highlighted the diversity of the incoming cohort in terms of educational backgrounds and geographical representation. He also formally introduced the new batch comprising 58 bright and enthusiastic students.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks, expressing heartfelt gratitude to all dignitaries, faculty members and participants for their valuable contributions in making the event a grand success.
