The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) inaugurated the 6th Batch PGP (PM/IA/RA) 2026–27  with an orientation and inaugural session attended by 78 participants in a hybrid mode.

The programme commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Debjyoti Dey, Assistant Professor & Programme Director, who welcomed the participants and outlined the objectives and structure of the programme.

Dr. Rachana Baid, Dean (Academics), NISM, addressed the participants, highlighting the distinctive features of the PGP and sharing the key learning outcomes and career benefits experienced by participants of previous batches.

The inaugural address was delivered by the Ms. Yogita Shrikant Jadhav ,Registrar, NISM, who formally declared the programme open and encouraged the participants to make the most of the academic and experiential learning opportunities offered through the programme.

The session also included an introduction to the faculty members and Heads of Departments, followed by an interactive self-introduction by the participants. Faculty members Dr. Amol, Dr. Vyas, Dr. Ashique Ali and Dr. Meraj Inamdar joined the inaugural session and interacted with the incoming cohort.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Dhiren Gokani, Programme Manager expressing gratitude to the dignitaries, faculty members, and participants for their presence and support.

The inauguration marked the beginning of another promising academic year for the PGP (PM/IA/RA) 2026–27 cohort, setting the stage for a rigorous and enriching learning journey.
