The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

NISM in association with MCX & ICEX conducted a One-day Interactive Session on Arbitration for National Commodities Derivatives Exchanges on October 05, 2018 at Savera Hotel, Mumbai.

18 participants including Arbitrators, IGRPs and exchange officials (MCX & ICEX) attended the programme. Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Member of Faculty, NISM was the Programme Director.
