Programme on ‘Understanding Securities Laws’ for Officer-Trainees of December 31, 2018 – January 11, 2019 | NISM Campus, Patalganga
NISM has conducted a 2-week programme for ICLS Officer – Trainees on ‘Understanding Securities Laws’. The program was hosted at NISM Patalganga Campus during December 31, 2018 to January 11, 2019. This training programme was intended to provide exposure about Securities Markets Laws as well as current market scenario to the ICLS Trainee – Officers.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. (Mrs.) Mr. Thenmozhi, Director, NISM followed by the welcome speech from Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Programme Director, NISM.

The exposure visits to MCX and BSE were also arranged in order to give all trainees on-hand experience and knowledge about functioning of stock & commodities exchanges and derivatives.
All the participants were given a copy of group photograph, course material and books of Securities Market Foundation and SEBI Bare Act.
On the second last day of programme, Mrs. Anjali Bhawra, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Director, ICLS joined all trainees in the classroom sessions to know their feedback on training programme by NISM. All participants were awarded with the Certificate of Participation by these two chief guests in presence of Dr. (Mrs.) Thenmozhi, Director, NISM and Mr. Sunil Kadam, Registrar, NISM. As per the verbal as well as formal feedback, the training program was liked and appreciated by all participants.
