The National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets.

In April 2026,NISM concluded three study tours of varied durations at its Patalganga campus. These included 3 Half-Day Study Tour providing participants with an in-depth understanding of the securities markets, hands-on simulation activities and engaging campus-based learning experiences.

  • Half-Day Study Tour: 3

Programme Overview:

  • 8 April 2026 – A Half-day study tour was conducted for DKTE’s Textile & Engineering Institute Ichalkaranji, Dist. Kolhapur Trust Name – Dattajirao Kadam Technical Education Society Ichalkaranji with a total of 50 Participants ( 46 Students & 4 Faculty Members) .

  • 16 April 2026 –A Half-day study tour was conducted for Vishwakarma University and Bansilal Ramnath Agarwal Charitable Trust with a total of 43 Participants( 40 Students & 3 Faculty Members) .

  • 27 April 2026 –A Half-day study tour was conducted for Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth’s Global Business School & Research Centre, Tathawade, Pune, and Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth Society with a total of 39 Participants (37 Students & 2 Faculty Members) .
